Please fill out the form below and submit. We will respond back when your payment and registration form are received. If you have not heard from us within three days, please recontact us to verify that registration and payment were received. After we receive payment, your registration is complete. We will email you both an Orientation packet giving you important information regarding the workshop including directions to Fort Mason Center, and instructions for taking an online relationship inventory.

Pay by Check or Money Order:: If you prefer to pay by check, please mail a check for $420 payable to Gannon Psychological Associates with the completed registration form to Marriage Prep 101, 417 Spruce St., San Francisco, CA 94118

We often sell out Marriage Prep 101 in advance, so we do recommend you register early to guarantee space.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your registration fee is non-refundable, but transferable. Once registered, if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending the Marriage Prep 101 Workshop you registered for, you are welcome to attend another workshop within that calendar year instead. However, if you cancel within 72 hours or fail to show up for the workshop, there will be a $75 transfer fee applied. All workshops are enrolled on a first come, first serve basis.
