To Pay by Check or Money Order: Please mail a check for $420 payable to Gannon Psychological Associates and mail it with the completed registration form to Marriage Prep 101 417 Spruce St. San Francisco, CA 94118.

We often sell out Marriage Prep 101, so we do recommend you register
early to guarantee space.

Pay By Credit Card Via Google Checkout: After filling out the registration form above, click on the Google Checkout button. This will take you to our Google Checkout page. Once we receive both the registration form and payment, your registration will be complete. We will follow-up by sending an e-mail containing our Orientation Packet which includes all information in preparation for the workshop, including directions to the workshop location and instructions for taking an online relationship inventory.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your registration fee is non-refundable but transferable. Once registered, if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending the workshop you registered for, you are welcome to attend another workshop within that calendar year instead. However, if you cancel within 72 hours or fail to show up for the workshop, there will be a $75 transfer fee applied. All workshops are enrolled on a first come, first serve basis.
